A brilliant Black African student needs $3400 (initially $4000, then we received $600 in cash from.two annonymous donors, so $3400 is our new target)to attend a pre-collegiate summer program in neuroscience at Stanford University. This opportunity does not come along often, if at all. She is an all-around student (with only As) who is involved in athletics, community service, peer support, and more, and aspires to become a medical doctor in the future. She applied for this competitive program and got in. We must raise this money as quickly as possible, as the program begins on June 16, 2025. Unfortunately, the initial source of funding dried up, which is why I have turned to crowdfunding.
