"Talent" is a short film featuring a monologue written by acclaimed Chicago playwright Jon Steinhagen. This project is an adaptation of the stage performance piece of the same name and incorporates the yoyo stylings of Danny Mulae.
Synopsis: "What we envy and admire in others we often have in our own selves without seeing it clearly; thus, life fucks with us yet again, because why should anything be easy?"
The piece will be directed by Matt Canon with cinematography by Brandon Rackowski. It will be filmed and completed with full COVID precautions in place. We are currently still looking for a theatre space to film at.
All proceeds will go towards paying on set crew and the post-production team.
