Howdy!

My name is Regan van den Elsen. I am about to take the next mighty step towards accomplishing a dream I've had since I was seven. I'm preparing to spend my Fall 2022 Semester studying in the fascinating, inspiring environment of Costa Rica. After completing my sophomore year at A&M (and surviving organic chemistry!), I was ecstatic to be accepted into the Fall 2022 Faculty-Led Study Abroad program in Costa Rica. I am excited to test my Spanish skills while attending classes and grow closer to my ultimate goal of becoming a veterinarian. The goal is lofty, as

the expense of studying abroad presents a huge obstacle! However, my dearest friend inspired me to secure funding by sharing my stories and my journey through a blog.
