Talaya's Road to Recovery After Car Accident

Hi everyone - my name is Carson Wells. I am fundraising for my sister Talaya. She was in a horrific car accident late Wednesday evening, April 20th, 2022. She is currently in the hospital, fighting for her life. Unfortunately, she has many broken bones in her legs, pelvis, arm, ankle, collar bone, and a fractured vertebrate. She is currently on a breathing machine at this time. Many brain scans have been done to monitor for any bleeding. So far, it's shown stable. Praise God!

 

Her boyfriend was tragically taken away during the

accident.Our hearts are broken, feeling the loss of his precious young life. Our prayers are with all who loved him deeply.

 

Talaya will have a long road of surgeries ahead of her. Talaya is a beautiful person. She loves going on adventures and traveling whenever she gets the chance. Her smile and eyes light up any room. She loves country dancing, hiking, and spending time with her crazy dog Bixby. I can't wait to see her again up and moving around. She's a firecracker and has a strong will to stay alive. I know with the love and support, she can overcome her injuries.

 

All proceeds of this fund will go to medical and her rehabilitation expenses. Our dad Branden Cordova will be receiving the funds. Anything you can contribute is welcomed and appreciated as we navigate this difficult time with our family.
