Ella at Stanford...please help!

Hello, my name is Ella Kahn, and I have a dream to create a nonprofit that teaches neurodiverse kids the science behind their brains and pairs them with neurodiverse mentors. When I was in 6th grade, I struggled to read. I needed help from experts who understood my brain to help me see I wasn’t stupid, I was different. It took even more help for me to see my differences as gifts. Once I got the help I needed, it made such a difference to me, so much so that I started college at 16.
Now, at 17 (so old, I know), I have been accepted into a program at Stanford Medical School this summer. The program, SNP-REACH, will help me build my nonprofit. I will learn more about the science of neurodiversity and meet leading researchers in the field. The skills and knowledge I learn in the program will help me grow my idea and provide me with resources.
In order to go, I need your help. My goal is to raise $7,000 for program and travel costs for two weeks at Stanford in California. I have been fortunate to receive a $1,000 grant from the Ann Bancroft Foundation so far. Please help me make this possible!
