On 16th August, Ben and I are taking on the Tough Mudder to raise money for Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP), a charity providing urgent, life-saving healthcare to Palestinians living under occupation as well as those who have been displaced from their homes and now live as refugees.

We’re doing this because we can’t look away from the suffering and genocide. This is one small way we can show solidarity and help support the incredible work MAP is doing on the ground.
