Breaking Walls connects young people, internationally, to be ambassadors for peace using the arts.
This non-profit youth empowerment movement was founded in 2011, and it focuses on helping young men and women discover their voices. We work with young people to build an equitable, inclusive, sustainable and peaceful cohabitation model, through social and arts-based interactions. At the same time, we offer them a platform on which to use their unique voices- promoting an ever-expanding inclusive, respectful and trusting world cultivated by these intrepid young people.
We want to encourage you to join us in making a difference in today's world. Breaking Walls is raising money to benefit the young artists that are becoming tomorrow's leaders. The impact of your support will empower our activists to reach their full potential as we take on Tangier, Morocco in 2019. Our 2019 Summit in Tangier will see young people from Barcelona, Berlin, Bethlehem, Brooklyn, Cape Town, Detroit, Santiago, and Warsaw join with their peers in Tangier to explore the issues of self-care, the assault on truth, and the need to be a planet warrior.
Your donation will secure a daily workshop place, all supplies needed to support the writing workshop, and the theater space where the culminating performance will occur.
