My name is Renzo, and I’m the founder of Chote Burger.

We’re based in Miami, but our roots run deep in Peru. Chote is more than just a smashed burger, it’s a tribute to my Afro Peruvian heritage.

I started chote with the purpose of sharing flavors I grew up with, in a way that’s fresh,bold, and foul of soul.

Every burger tells a story of culture,hustle and pride. This is my way of bringing a piece of Peru to the world.

I’m excited to take Chote Burger to the next level, and I’m asking for your support to make it happen. We’ve built something special together, and now it’s time to grow.

To bring Chote Burger to more people and pop-ups, I’m working toward getting a Mobile Food Trailer and the essential gear that comes with it:

After putting it all together, the total goal is $44,618, which breaks down to about the cost of one Chote Double per unique follower across both my accounts.
