Taking Care of the Taylor's
Donation protected
Bridget Taylor is the wife of Don Taylor and mom to Hannah and Ashleigh. Those who know her know that she cares deeply about those around her— her family, her friends, her colleagues, as well as her students & their families.
In 2017, Bridget was diagnosed with a rare, non-aggressive form of Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. She endured about a year and a half of treatment until she reached the point of remission in March of 2019.
In late July, early August, of this year— Bridget started showing symptoms of some neurological issues. She was taken to the hospital and, at the time, her team of doctors believed she was having a reaction to a new medication. ⠀
⠀
Over the last couple of months, Bridget’s condition has worsened. She has now been at St. Francis hospital in Tulsa for about 5 weeks. On Monday November 9th— after countless hours of testing, Bridget’s family received word that she has an aggressive form of Frontal Dementia. Unfortunately, it is irreversible. At this point, Bridget’s family is doing all that they can to make sure that she is comfortable and not in any pain. ⠀
⠀
Their hearts are aching, but Bridget’s family has complete trust in the Lord’s sovereignty.
