Life for Debbie Robbins has been turned upside down because she was diagnosed 2 weeks ago with pancreatic cancer.  We are setting up this GoFundMe account to support her with love and attention.  During the summer she was experiencing back pain that weekly went from bad to severe. Last week, the doctor reported she had Stage 3.7 pancreatic cancer. 

 Meanwhile, her daughter and son are living and working in Nebraska and Debbie wants to be near them and her grandchildren.   According to her doctor at St Joseph’s in Olympia, a cancer treatment center at the University of Nebraska is one of the best for treating pancreatic cancer.  

Her sister, aunt and friends are helping her pack and her brother and sister-in-law are moving her to St. David, NE, an hour from Omaha (home of University of Nebraska).  Doctor consultations and a plan for treatment  need to be set up asap.  She is leaving  Wednesday,  the Oct. 21st. 

 Debbie is going to have many expenses with this move and medical costs:

·       $3000 moving expenses including U-Haul rental, fuel
·       Lodging and more fuel costs; unknown expenses
·       20% of medical expenses will be Debbie’s responsibility  (20% of $100,000 is $20,000)

 “Tall” Debbie has worked diligently serving the public in restaurants, her church and Brinnon School for over 25 years in Jefferson and Mason County with caring, and extra friendly service.  She has always paid her own way but has been unemployed since the end of March.  Now it is our time to reach out and help Debbie!
