On January 26th, at 1:30pm my father was taken by ICE on his way to work.

Our family is devastated, I had just got off the phone moments before this and he sung happy birthday to my little girl.

Our father was taken into ICE custody, and is now in Texas. Our family is facing an unimaginable and painful situation. He is a hardworking man, a devoted father, and someone who has always put family first. Throughout his life, he has helped others in any way he could—whether through his work, his kindness, or simply being there when someone needed support.

We believe he was taken unjustly, and since that day our lives have been turned upside down. He has done everything to be here correctly and has spent everything the government asks for in fees. We have drained our savings trying to cover legal fees, basic living expenses, and the costs that come with fighting to bring him home. What was once stable has quickly become overwhelming.
