Hi, I’m John. I’m 46 years old, married and have two wonderful young daughters.

For the last year, I have been fighting Stage 4 Advanced Bowel Cancer that had spread to my liver.

My wife and children have supported me unconditionally during my intense cancer treatment. I’ve had over 500 hours of chemotherapy and two major abdominal surgeries, removing half of my liver and 65% of my colon.

Recently, I received the miraculous news that I currently have no evidence of cancer. However, my tumour showed a rare mutation which means I have a higher likelihood of cancer returning.

I would like to take our daughters to Disney World to reward them for being so brave over the past year when there was a strong chance they may lose their father. Hopefully, before any return of cancer.

Unfortunately, the past year has been financially challenging for our family and I do not have the money to pay for the trip. I would be so thankful for any help to make my children happy again.
