Take Care Of The Oglesby's

Cassidy Oglesby is the 28 year old wife of Brent. She is a great friend and listener. She cares for the people in her life and sits with people in difficult times. She cares deeply about vulnerable communities and loves to help where she can, and she was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Appendiceal Cancer.

In June they found a noticeable growth in her abdomen, after imaging they went right to surgery and found several tumors, one of which was the size of a small soccer ball.

After recovering from surgery, they decided to go to LA where her family is for treatment with a doctor who was familiar with Appendiceal cancer. She was forced to take a leave of absence from her work at Intuit while undergoing treatment.

We are trying to raise money to put a dent in the overwhelming costs of medical care, out of pocket expenses, and unforeseen emergencies that our friends are sure to deal with as the year goes forward.
