Hi my name is Ben Corlett, I am the Writer, Director and Producer of the upcoming film Take a Breath.

Take a Breath – Is the story of a young woman, singer/songwriter struggling to find meaning and direction in her life whilst managing her mental health. It shines a light on her

relationship with her brother which is also impacted as she struggles to open up to him

about how she’s feeling.

I wrote this film because I became aware of how many people suffer alone, unable to reach out to friends or family members, ashamed to show their confusion and vulnerability. This film highlights the overwhelming power of connection and the courage it takes to reach out for it. You are not alone.

All funds will go towards the Crew, Post-Production, Film Festival submissions, Locations, and feeding the Cast and Crew.
