Hi, my name is Debbie Biddle and I am fundraising for Taju Animashaun, a longtime employee of The Wave Condominium in Hollywood, Florida. As many of you may know, Taju has been employed at The Wave since its conversion in 2004, initially as a security guard and during numerous recent years as The Wave’s late-night concierge.

On March 15, 2023, Taju was struck by a car in his neighborhood while walking from the bus stop following his shift at The Wave. Due to the extent of his injuries, Emergency Medical Services airlifted Taju to Jackson Memorial where he was hospitalized. His injuries included a broken shinbone that rendered Taju unable to work. Taju has no disability insurance, and his wife, Becky, is expecting their child (a little girl) later in 2023. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
