Taj's Hospital & Recovery Fund

This fundraiser is being organized by the friends and family of Taj & Jenna.

After a month of being sick with mystery symptoms, Taj was admitted to the hospital for further testing late January. After an extensive series of tests, Taj was diagnosed with Lupus Nephritis and started treatment to stabilize her kidneys and immune system immediately.

She is currently in the hospital waiting for her levels to stabilize so a kidney biopsy can be done, and the doctors can better determine how to get her stabilized and healthy enough to return home.

This is an emergency hospital and recovery fund to assist Taj and her partner Jenna get through this incredibly difficult time. Your support will help cover work missed on both parts, will create a cushion for Taj to recover at home once released from hospital care, cover meals and coffee for them both during their hospital stay, and help with cat care for their two fur babies currently being fostered by family members in their absence.

Taj and Jenna are endlessly giving souls, they spend so much of their lives caring for those around them. Always available to hold space for those who need it.

Taj has worked incredibly hard to recently complete her CNA, which allowed her to begin working with dementia patients, a job she truly loves doing. In this new environment she has been loved by all because of how much she genuinely cares for them, and always gives them the best care she can.

It's our turn to show these two beautiful caretakers Taj and Jenna the support and love they deserve as they navigate this new chapter together.
