The Elder Claudino…

Was detained in Mexico carrying sacred medicines. Currently, he is being held in a local jail. The charge against him is as follows: INTRODUCING PSYCHOTROPICS, which are prohibited in Mexico.

Now he finds himself in need of your moral and financial assistance.

Thus, we are requesting a call to action on his behalf as a medicine man and elder of the Murui Tribe of the Colombian Amazons. If you have met “Taita” Claudino, you know him as a man with an extraordinary heart.

He has dedicated his life to the assistance of thousands of people from all around the world to stabilize, better and heal their lives of many a problem and circumstance through the use of his wisdom and various sacred and traditional tools; these which he has inherited from a long lineage of healers.

At this very moment, Taita requires of our assistance due to the fact that he was detained at the Mexico D.F. airport carrying his sacred sacraments in his luggage, which were confiscated since the 8th of March of this year.

The Mexican authorities have laws that consider DMT to be an outlawed substance. This ingredient is present in the medicine known as Ayahuasca or Yagé; this blend is utilized when conducting ceremonies of the indigenous traditions.

Their laws do not distinguish this substance from other psychotropics and therefore, they are accusing him of trafficking and possessing DMT. He is not considered eligible for bail and is thus subject to a very long trial until a sentence is rendered.

This means that he could possibly be sentenced to a minimum of 10 years in a Mexican prison while the demonstration of his innocence and freedom are obtained. Given these factors, we continue to work diligently and in prayer toward securing his release as soon as possible.

Fortunately, we have the benefit of a very well renowned team of lawyers, and experts in the matter in Mexico, in order to provide an adequate defense and attain his freedom once and for all.

We have been working nonstop to obtain credentials through various native American organizations to validate Taita’s standing as a traditional native-American medicine man, where each organization involved certifies the wisdom and existence of these ancestral practices since the dawn of time and to the benefit of all humanity.

These entities give credence and favorable opinions of Taita Claudino so that his rights be taken into account and thus, demonstrate his innocence before any tribunal and be freed without prejudice of any legal impunity staining his honor.

We also have a group of people charged with Taita’s protection within the facility where he is currently located. This as you can well imagine, generates high operational costs which accumulate on a daily basis. For the above-mentioned reasons, we are requesting your assistance to cover some of the following costs:

Fué Detenido en México con medicina y está en un PENAL, acusado de la presunta INTRODUCCIÓN DE PSICOTRÓPICOS, prohibidos en MEXICO.

Ahora Necesita de su ayuda económica y moral.

Les hacemos un llamado en nombre del Abuelo Claudino Pérez de la Tribu Murui de la Amazonia en Colombia S.A. Si conoces al Taita Claudino, ustedes saben que es una persona de gran corazón.

El Taita Claudino ha dedicado su vida a ayudar a miles de personas a mejorar y sanarse de diferentes problemas y circunstancias a través del uso de sus conocimientos y herramientas sagradas tradicionales heredadas de sus ancestros milenarios.

El Taita necesita nuestra ayuda ahora mismo, siendo que fué detenido ingresando por el aeropuerto en ciudad de México. Desde el 8 de marzo de este año está encarcelado por llevar sus sagrados sacramentos en su equipaje, que las autoridades decomisaron.

Las autoridades mexicanas tienen leyes que consideran al DMT como una sustancia prohibida. Este es un ingrediente activo presente en la infusión de Ayahuasca o Yagé, que es usada para las ceremonias de sanación de la tradición indígena.

La ley no distingue a esta sustancia de otros psicotrópicos y acusa al Taita Claudino por tráfico y posesión de DMT y no existe ninguna posibilidad de libertad bajo fianza debiéndose que llevar a cabo un juicio largo hasta que se dicte la sentencia.

Si al Taita Claudino se le declara como culpable de tráfico de estupefacientes, puede estar encarcelado por un mínimo de 10 años en una prisión mexicana mientras se facilita la demostración de su inocencia, logrando así su libertad. Estamos trabajado y orando para lograr este fin en el menor tiempo posible.

Afortunadamente ya contamos con una firma de abogados expertos en materia penal en México para defenderlo y demostrar su inocencia para que así el Taita Claudino quede en libertad definitiva.

Se está trabajando arduamente para que las autoridades mexicanas acepten las credenciales del Taita Claudino como médico tradicional indígena, en donde cada institución indígena tanto del Norte, Centro y Sur America certifican sus saberes y prácticas ancestrales para el beneficio de la humanidad. 

Ellos emiten una opinión favorable y substancial del Taita Claudino para hacer valer sus derechos y demostrar su inocencia ante los tribunales y ser liberado sin antecedentes penales que manchen su honorabilidad.

También tenemos a un grupo de personas cuidando de la seguridad del Taita Claudino dentro de la prisión y todo esto genera gastos de operación altos a diario y por esta entre varias otras razones necesitamos de su ayuda para cubrir los siguientes gastos:

* Honorarios de abogacía.

* Multas y posibles fianzas.

* Otros gastos extraordinarios.
