Hi! I’m Jasmine. My baby brother, Taine Jack, has been through the wringer these past 12 months. Starting with collapsing in the shower to not keeping any food down to losing 50+ pounds. The doctors kept sending him home saying he was fine and to just take ibuprofen. He has had countless EKGs, heart monitors, blood draws, etc. He was finally able to get into a neurologist where they found a colloidal cyst in the third ventricle of his brain. He is going in for brain surgery on Tuesday, December 17th with hopes that the removal of this cyst will start him on a journey of better health and he and his wife, Mikaela can continue to grow their love for each other.

Taine is only 24 years old with a whole life ahead of him and his wife. He hasn’t been able to work for almost a year. He hasn’t been able to drive. They had to sell their house and move in with our parents. Mikaela has been working tirelessly to make sure they have some income coming in but with Taine having no job and the medical bills piling up, we’re hoping to find some way to give them a light at the end of the tunnel.
