Neurologist For Marcie's Back
We rescued Marcie, a 2 month old kitten, 3 weeks ago from a construction site. Since then she has had two toes amputated, and an x-ray that shows only one of the fractures in her spine, and a tail amputation. Her life isn't at immediate risk and her condition is stable at the moment, but we still have no idea what kind of damage happened to her spine and we want to get her to a neurologist to see if she needs any more surgeries done. As of right now, we have enough money in donations to pay for a neurologist visit to get more x-rays done, a MRI scan, and a diagnosis/plan of treatment. However, we are unable to find a charity that we can be approved for yet so if the neurologist decides she needs surgery on her spine then we won't have many options left. We have opened donations again for the time being, but we won't have any answers as far as plans of treatment or costs until her Neurologist visit on the 20th. We will keep you updated as much as possible until then.
