"TAIce" Bucket Challenge

Hello Everyone!  Meet Tai, Clinic Manager Extraordinaire at the Nashville East US Healthworks Facility!  She has recently been diagnosed with ALS, and we at the Nashville East clinic thought it would be pretty neat to set up a clinic challenge to raise money for her and for ALS research.  Now don’t worry – if you aren’t affiliated with US Healthworks you can still participate in the “TAIce” bucket challenge – just donate, bucket yourself, and challenge 3 of your friends on social media!  (You can email your video to [email redacted] if you want to show her your love!)  As for you fellow affiliates – see below!

Challenge Rules

•           Donate $10 and get ice bucketed

•           Donate $50 to be exempt from being ice bucketed

•           If your clinic raises $200, the staff gets to ice bucket the Clinic Manager

 

Directions

*** If your clinic is challenged, you have 1 week to organize and complete the challenge! ***

1.         Video your ice bucket event in front of your USHW clinic – announce who you are and which clinic you are with

2.         Challenge 3 other USHW clinics

3.         Send your video to the clinic mangers of the newly challenged clinics, and to Tai at [email redacted]
