Hi, my name is Charlotte, and I am in Year 11 at Ravenswood School for Girls in Gordon. In the June-July school holidays I will be traveling to Fiji to teach lessons to children at Tagaqe Village School, assist the community, and donate building materials and school supplies that the school needs. Fijian children are significantly disadvantaged in their education, a reason being lack of proper school supplies such as books, stationery, laptops, and furniture. These funds raised will be used to build a covered outdoor playground and to provide the school with school supplies that will help Fijian children improve academically, enjoy school, and increase attendance and engagement in lessons to help them have a better future.
