Taeliana Maggie Tuaau

Hello Family & Friends,

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we share with you all the news that our beautiful Taeliana has passed.

Taelina was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease- lupus at a young 18 years old. Taeliana has since been battling this disease and all it entails throughout these years until she succumbed to the effects of this disease on November 16th, 2023.

Despite what this disease may have taken from Taeliana physically, she never let it take away her beautiful smile and infectious laugh. She fought this disease as much as she could and for that we are so proud of her. Taeliana did not let this disease stop her from living her life to the fullest.

If you know anyone with or had lupus then you understand what this disease entails. Lupus is a very difficult disease to deal with as an individual diagnosed with it, and seeing someone you love fight this faceless illness is also difficult. People go years being misdiagnosed and treating this illness is just as hard.

Any monetary donation will be used to arrange for Taeliana’s celebration of life service. Funds that remain after will be donated to the Lupus Research Foundation in Taeliana’s name. This non-profit organization is one she was very fond of because she was our Lupus warrior.

We want to first thank our families and friends who have reached out by way of phone calls, social media, texts, etc. for your words of comfort. Thank you for showing up for our beautiful Taeliana. Thank from the bottom of our hearts.
