Hello! My name is Rachel and I am owner of Fox Fungi and mother to Maddie of Taeko-san Takeout. I am hoping that we can raise money to get a jumpstart on Madeline‘s vision of owning a small trailer food truck to expand her business. The community of Denver has embraced Madeline‘s grandmothers recipes of mochi, onigiri, curry and more! As a Asian owned woman business, she is ready to take it to the next step and the food truck trailer would allow her to move full time into this business.
