Justice for Sandra

Sandra Poston was my teaching assistant for 15 years while I taught at Royall Elementary. She was a devoted helper in the classroom and went above and beyond the call of duty.

She, along with four other Royall employees, were terminated on the first day of school in a desperate attempt by the district to appease the public. The district has strongly labeled their actions as “racial hate” even though that is been proven to be a false narrative.

One of the other employees has since been reinstated while the other four have been denied the same opportunity. The district has gone so far as to unfairly refuse her unemployment and due to the nature of her termination, all benefits she had previously earned have been revoked.

I decided to start this campaign with the goal to help support Mrs. Poston as she has not only lost wages and salary but is now faced with tremendous attorney’s fees as well as the disgrace that has come along with having her photo plastered across the internet and labeled a racist among her community - something that in my 15 years of teaching alongside her that I have found to be simply untrue.
