Hi my name is Lucie and I’m raising funds for a family member.

Tabitha is 15 years old and after a few years of ill health has recently been diagnosed with Restrictive and Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy and needs a Heart and Lung transplant.

Her mother Gemma (my cousin) is registered disabled and is struggling to push Tabitha in her wheelchair and Tabitha does not have the strength to wheel herself. Therefore I’m trying to raise funds for a motorised wheelchair for Tabitha which will be a great help to both of them on their numerous visits to Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Please help me to raise some funds for this beautiful and brave young lady and make her long journey ahead a little bit easier.
