Judie Hyun, Tabitha's Mom writes, "I don’t have any words. I’ve been between disbelief, denial, anger, weeping, and sleeplessness among other things- and it’s been difficult to think straight. And COVID-19 adds another layer of isolation and a source of worry on top of all of leukemia.
Tabitha, on the other hand, has been a trooper. She started chemotherapy yesterday. Although she has told me that she is scared and is already sad about the anticipated loss of her hair, she is taking on each new day with her characteristic spunk. We never thought we would be in this place so soon after January. We never thought that cancer would be a part of Tabitha's childhood story. Yet here we are"
Here's what you need to know about Tabitha...she is a fighter. She is warm, funny, whip smart, and tough as nails. Her parents, Pastor Dan Hyun and Judie Hyun have spent their lives caring for everyone around them. Now we have the chance to care for them. Please consider supporting the Hyun family through intercessory prayer, for Tabitha and her big sister Deborah, as well as your generosity.
