Please help put Tabatha to rest

Hello everyone, I have created this as my fiance Tabatha Rock has been in the hospital since July 30th. She is now on hospital number 5 and has made it to dartmouth hitchcock medical center closer to home. She started out here then was transported to Porstmouth NH the same day for 8 days were they had started the diagnosis of a rare blood disorder with an underlying infection and started treatment  She then was transported to Portland ME for 20 days as they had more in depth departments to handle her complex case where they confirmed the HLH blood disorder she improved enough after being on bed rest for a month to be transported to Keene NH for physical and occupational therapy on the rehabilitation unit. She had improved and got an anticipated discharge date of Sept. 17th then on Sept. 15th they had added another week so another anticipated discharge date of Sept. 24th. On Sept. 22nd they had informed her that her levels in her blood were fluctuating again and could not be discharged but instead got transported to Dartmouth where they have now started another treatment in hopes to improve these levels while still trying to find the underlying cause behind this disorder. I have not worked since the day of her being admitted. I have taken on the role as primary care giver to Tabatha along with taking care of Damion and Karizma full time with no financial help. Tabatha and I had a decent amount of savings that has continued to help financially through the past 2 months but that has diminished rather quickly. So today I am asking for some help as everyday life still has to continue with monthly bills and expenses along with what the kids needs and car payment and insurance as I have been traveling to all these different hospitals to be with her while the kids are in school. I am her support person/care giver/fiance/medical proxy all in one with everything up and down there is no time for work at this time.  During this time Tab has missed many milestones including Karizmas first day of kindergarten and my parents wedding which was supposed to be a double wedding with tab and I getting married but she has continued to input herself in the kids and mine daily routine morning video chats before school after-school video chats and bedtime video chats unfortunately due to her mental status for the past few days that has not been able to happen but hope to pick it back up soon as that factor is improving day by day. She has only been able to see the kids twice during all of this while she was in keene which were outside visits due to covid restrictions along with her low immune system. 

So if anyone reaches out she will not answer at this time but if you do so please be positive and encouraging. Anything helps.
