Rebekah's Car Accident Fundraiser - Medical Bills

Hello, my name is Joy and I'm trying to help raise some money to cover uninsured expenses for my sister, Rebekah Morley, who was in a head-on collision with a tree last week. Her car was totaled, and she has a fractured jaw and has been in the hospital since last Thursday. She is scheduled to be discharged today, and I know the financial burden is hanging heavy on her.

 

For those of you who don’t know Rebekah, she is one of the kindest and most loving people you will meet. She has such a big heart, cares deeply for people and is an incredibly talented photographer. She loves helping people feel seen and is always there for family and friends. One of her favorite things to do is be out in nature and capture images of beautiful scenery and wildlife. When we go hiking together, she always notices the little things like tiny flowers growing on a tree with sunlight beaming down, something that I may walk past without seeing.

 

I feel it is also important to share that Rebekah has been struggling with mental health issues for a few months now. The doctors have been trying to figure out which medications are best for her, but I know these things are complicated. She has been experiencing extreme anxiety and depression and has had trouble sleeping. I’m sharing this with you because mental health awareness is so important. It takes such a toll on our bodies, and if you struggle with this or know someone who does, you know how hard it is.
