Support for Upcoming Surgery and Recovery

As many of you know, I’ve been experiencing a lot of medical issues over the last couple years. I have an upcoming surgery that will hopefully resolve some of them, scheduled for May 5th.

With being in and out of work, and the planned short term disability leave for this surgery, I am panicked about the predicted short fall of around $600.00 that I am going to have in my budget for the upcoming 6 weeks. Normally I would have it, but I just had to pay my tax bill, so I find myself in a tough situation that I’m unsure how I’m going to navigate it. I have put off this surgery and a lot of my health issues because I don’t have the time and money to address them, but the time has come that I can’t ignore it any more. So I thought I would put out a request for help, and perhaps between now and my surgery date, I can get enough to go on leave without being worried if I can feed my family while I address this health issue. Im praying I will be doing better after this chapter. Those of you that know me know that asking for help is very hard for me. I just have no other choice but to try.
