In loving memory of my Tía Rosa ❤️

Donation protected

Earlier this year, my Tía Rosa found herself traveling to Mexico to be with her mom who was ill. Unfortunately, she passed away and after laying her to rest, my Tía Rosa, Tío Rubén, and my cousin, Alejandra, returned home. My Tía started to feel ill being short of breath. My Tío and my cousin took her to her doctor where she was found to have low oxygen levels and the ambulance was called for transport to the hospital. She was admitted that same day on January 15th and tested positive for Covid. On the 20th of January, her breathing deteriorated and was transferred to ICU and intubated. It was a long road, and with many prayers, love, and support, she was finally extubated and eventually transferred out of ICU. My Tio and my cousin were finally able to go see her and be with her. We knew my Tia still had a long road of recovery ahead of her but we had faith since she had pulled through what we thought was the hardest time. They had placed a tracheostomy and she was extremely weak, but we all believed she would come home. On March 18th, the hospital called my Tio and gave him the news that my Tia had passed away. It was a shock to us all... it was not what we had expected.
We are asking for help for my Tio and my cousin, Alejandra to cover the costs of the funeral services. Any amount, no matter how small is greatly appreciated my the family. God bless youall!
