Desperately need help with legal fees

Hi! My name's Nathan. I have encountered a situation where I need money to fight a court battle. I am very confident I will win, as it is a totally bogus case, and need assistance in funding my lawyer.

Being reliant on a Public Defender here in this state is an absolute guarantee of failure. I am a parent of two children, and have recently lost most of the stability I used to have. I'm without employment and am finding it difficult to become employed due to being asked to check in weekly through bail, and could use any help people are willing to give.

I intend to pay anyone back who has donated when I get stability and income to do so. 1,750 is the initial goal as that's what will be necessary to cover the monthly payments in total.
