My name is Curt, I’m Luke’s cousin. This is to help Luke with medical expenses that are being incurred with his prolonged hospital stay. He is going to be receiving experimental treatment which will require a lengthy, additional, 4 to 5 week hospital stay. He has already been in the hospital for almost a week, and has been recently transferred to ICU for closer monitoring.

I am asking for any help that can be gathered to help him and his family to continue to pay normal cost of living, plus the loss of income and hospital expenses he is going to experience in the next few weeks.
