Hello. I know so much is going on in the world right now, and everyone is at an all time low. So I don't expect much from this, but I wanted to try anyway. My parents have struggled financially ever since I was a child and a few years ago they got screwed over by our debt consolidator advisor and it's just gotten worse since then. With the government shutting down, we can't contact the IRS for help and we are being told we owe $32,000 immediately. And with every month we can't pay it off, we get more penalties. We can barely afford food, my mom might lose her job, and I am the ONLY one with a guarenteed paycheck. But I only make $13.50 an hour and I live paycheck to paycheck myself. No one in our area is hiring, one of our cars just broke down, and one thing after another just keeps falling apart. There is nothing we can collectively think of to get back on our feet, and we are quickly approaching rock bottom. So I know I'm one of the many voices shouting out asking for help, but we have no other choices. Stay safe everyone.
