As many of you may know, our dear friend LaTonya Bradford suffered a brain hemorrhage and stroke on September 27th. Over the past month she has made incredible progress and has been blessed enough to be able to return home. However, she still has a long road ahead for her recovery. 

LaTonya is a Sister, Mother, Godmother, Auntie, Cousin, Chef, Mentor, Manager and Friend to many who has lived her life in service to the community for as long as all of us can remember. She has been a team mom to years of Garfield Bulldogs, she volunteers with the Marvin Thomas Memorial, The Demetrius Dubose Memorial, CD Panters and the youth football organizations over the past 10 years.  She will give you the shirt off her back. She is now in need of community support to help with her medical and living expenses until she is eligible for disability benefits. 

It is time for us all to return the favor to this woman who has been such a gift to our community by helping to support her in whatever way is meaningful to you and your family. Any and all contributions will be greatly appreciated. Our goal for this fundraising campaign is $10,000.00

LaTonya has been our village, and now it is our turn to be hers. Thank you for your help!
