Most of you know my mom as Tater, but we are now calling her Tate'.
My mother, Teresa Tate, was diagnosed with stage III Colon Cancer in August of 2013.
As you can imagine, this has taken its toll. My mom is a true fighter and she is fighting this with all her might!
My mom has been the beacon in our family, raising my sister and I as a single parent, working overtime to make ends meet and ensure that we have every thing that we have ever needed.
She always does for everyone else and of course would never ask for help for herself. We are all doing the best we can but really need a little help. Bake -offs and change jars are just not seeing us to the finish line.
With $2,000 a month in just chemo pills & injection treatments, you can see how this would quickly add up.
We are asking our loving community for all their support We hope to relieve some of the stress about finances thus allowing her to focus on getting well and continue fighting this cancer with all her might.
