Giving Back to a Selfless Father

Hi, I'm Matt, and this is Josh, my brother.

Josh is a pretty cool guy. Growing up, like any little brother, he could sometimes be a thorn in my side, but also I could never imagine my life without him in it in some way or form. We don't talk as often as we should, but I'd like to think we have a bond only brothers can have. When the going gets tough, you are there for your brother.

Last night, the going got tough.

On the night of December 6th, Josh came home to find his house on fire. To make matters worse, he had nearly finished a much needed home renovation with the help of family and friends... and it was all taken away in minutes. The house that Josh and his children were to make a home, vanished before his eyes.

I want to point out that Josh is an EMT, formerly a volunteer firefighter from a family of emergency service professionals. Our own mother was a 911 Dispatcher for 19 years before being forced to retire due to the effects of Multiple Sclerosis. Josh is a selfless father and friend, giving his all to anyone who needs a helping hand.

Friends, it's our turn to give back to the man that gives his all for us. He is starting over, to the point that the Red Cross had to provide him with clothing because there was truly nothing left. Please donate to support a new future for Josh and his children.
