Please help me cover costs for medical care, and medications. I was recently diagnosed with severe dysautonomia and POTS, and I am currently under testing for a few other conditions as well. I am fully disabled and unable to work. I am in need of another medical procedure…I have submitted an application to receive disability benefits, but I am still waiting on approval. I really appreciate any help I can get.
