Help Support Our Brave Security Guard in His Recovery

Hi, I’m reaching out to our community to ask for help in supporting one of our security guards at Powerhouse, Lucas Espinoza, who was seriously injured in a terrifying incident on Thanksgiving night.

On that night, Lucas was working his shift when he intervened in an altercation with a customer who had stolen a bottle of alcohol behind the bar and tried to flee. Tragically, the suspect deliberately ran over our security guard twice with his truck before driving off. Not only did this reckless act cause severe physical harm to Lucas, but it also damaged the nightclub's front entrance, causing one of the supporting pillars to collapse.

Lucas is now in the hospital, undergoing treatment for serious injuries, including 65 stitches to the head, broken ribs, a shoulder injury, and significant damage to his neck and spine. His road to recovery will be long and challenging, and the medical, living, and rehabilitation expenses are going to be overwhelming.

As a community, we can make a huge difference in his life during this difficult time for him. The funds raised here will go directly towards covering his medical bills, living expenses, and rehabilitation costs as he works to recover from these life-altering injuries.
