Daisy’s Road to Recovery

Daisy was injured in Dani's attack. Both Great Pyrenees mixes, the dogs couldn’t be more different. Daisy the gentle giant and Dani the wild card. Their mom has had to keep them apart from each other for months due to Dani behaving aggressively toward Daisy and Daisy does not stand up for herself. We are unsure what causes the strife and it is focused on Daisy. One unfortunate morning, all 4 pups went outside to potty together and their mom came running to the sound of barking. She found Daisy backed into a corner, being attacked by Dani. Their mom put herself in between the two dogs - Daisy shying away, injured; Dani still trying to attack.
The vet said her CCL is torn and the bone is sitting on top of each other instead of bending like a knee. She needs to go out of town for the surgery as she is too large for them to do it near home. If she doesn't get it done she has an 80% chance of the CCL tearing in her good leg due to the increased pressure. She cannot put any weight at all on her injured leg right now. Due to her size, this causes a major concern with her quality of life.
This expense is sadly not in Daisy's family’s budget currently and they are desperate to help their girl.
