Dear friends and family,

 

None of us know what our life expectancy is! I really need your help fighting to extend mine! Some of you may know I have been combating a hereditary disease called PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease) which I have passed on to both of my kids. The disease has progressed and I am now scheduled to start dialysis on July 25th while awaiting a kidney transplant. Putting my pride aside and reaching out to all of you for help is extremely difficult and I am truly grateful for whatever you are able to contribute. The medical bills are mounting while I await a Kidney Donor, and I will have to pay for medical insurance while on disability during the Kidney Transplant and recovery.
