I am trying to spread CHD awareness. CHD is when there are structural abnormalities or problems with the heart. In the U.S. alone, there are 2-3 million people who struggle with this. I want to raise money and donate it to sisters@heart, an organization that is spreading awareness about heart disease and stroke. It would mean so much if you could help not me but people with CHD out!
