Sarah Kirsten Yohe Memorial (FLG)

Sarah was a great influence on people around the world. From Germany to Thailand to our hometown, here in Flagstaff, AZ; Sarah brought her healing companionship to every being she met. She was also an incredibly talented woman, who soaked up a wealth of knowledge and experiences. The list of her accomplishments is extremely long and the individuals whose hearts she touched is even longer.

To quote the obituary, "Sarah could only see light. Sarah was able to forgive everyone and anyone with no strings attached. She lived each day with compassion, love, empathy and concern for others. She saw only the good in her family, friends and strangers. She was able to find people’s gifts, hone in on those gifts, and articulate a vision for them. She made every person she knew feel like the most important person in the world. She had an intense passion and magnetic energy that drew everyone to her. She brought her family together, was their leader, peacemaker, caretaker, and gave her time and money for their happiness. She did the same with her friends."

Flagstaff is deeply saddened by the loss of our friend Sarah, but we are so glad to welcome the Yohe family to help each other with the long process of grieving. Connie, Heidi and Jake, and other family members, will be gathering with us at the Hotel Monte Vista to celebrate the life of Sarah from 3pm to 8pm, Sunday, April 10th, 2016.  Locals will be coming together to remember the beautiful light that touched us all.  There will be food, music, photos, and of course Sarah’s passion, fire dancing. 

To help the Yohe family with the many costs of losing a family member so young, we will be raising money as well. We will also collect donatnions at the memorial in Flagstaff, and funds will be collected at Mia’s Lounge From now until the 10th, (log book at the bar to record in person donations) in honor of our friend, cousin, sister, and teacher, Sarah Kirsten Yohe.
