Help Sean heal

Hi everyone, if you don’t already know me, my name is Keisha. I started this page to ask for help for Sean Ingram. Sean is my fiance’, and partner of 21 years, who is currently in Johns Hopkins, Neuro ICU, fighting for his life. On September 26, Sean suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm, which caused a stroke, that sent him into an immediate coma, at our home. He was taken by ambulance to HoCo General Hospital, where they found a bleed in his brain. Since no one is able to go to the hospital with a person right now, due to COVID, I had to send him alone. I received a call after midnight, letting me know that he had bleeding in his brain, and they were going to life-flight him to Johns Hopkins for emergency surgery. Since at Johns Hopkins, he has endured 6 surgeries, including an open brain surgery, to clip one of the 3 aneurysms that were found. After surgery, his arteries started spasming, as a result of the bleed, which caused him to suffer another stroke. He then developed blood clots in his lungs, which they are trying to treat with medication now. He has been in a coma, and on a ventilator for 11 days now. The doctors say that they can’t even assess the amount of neurological damage that he has suffered, until they get him through the critical 14-21 day period following his initial surgeries. Right now it’s just one day at a time, praying for no further set-backs. If Sean makes it through this, there is no doubt he is going to need extensive rehabilitation, possibly at an inpatient facility. I am asking for donations to help him recover, to cover medical bills, rehabilitation, and accommodations that may need the be made at home. Anything you can do would be greatly appreciated. I just want him to live, and have a chance to get back to as normal a life as possible, but that is not going to come easy, quickly, or without cost. We are now a one income household, for the foreseeable future, and I want to be able to give him the best care and the best chance possible. This is not something that you plan for. It’s all very unexpected and unfortunate, but with the prayers, support and love from our wonderful friends and family, we can hopefully get Sean back to his karaoke singing, cornhole playing, pool shooting self once again. Thank you!
