Help Evan Get Back On His Feet

Hi, my name is Evan and I had a traumatic neck injury about seven months ago. Unfortunately it has gotten progressively worse, and we have no clear answers as to what's causing it. I've been to the ER twice, had multiple steroid injections, and run test after test with no definitive results. My next step is to see a Neurologist and then an Orthopedic. Working is impossible in my current state, which is stressing my ability to seek medical care and answers. It has never been easy for me to ask for help, but I am asking out of necessity as the medical bills are piling up! I thank everyone in advance and I am genuinely humbled!
