HELP PUFFIN

We found Puffin outside at 1am after he snuck out of the backyard, we think he got hit by a vehicle.
after 4 hours in the parking lot of the emergency vet they told us he is in terrible pain and we have him on all the meds we can for this 24 hours but it costs $2100 for the 24 hrs.
Puffin needs Orthopedic surgery. his pelvis is misplaced and his tail needs to be amputated. if we can find a surgeon it’s at least 10,000.
He is so special to us. we want to extend all our efforts- he is Olivia’s LIFE.
