Friends, we have come to to point now that we feel that we have no choice but to ask for help.

Robb Land was first diagnosed with Laryngeal Cancer two years ago after several years of being misdiagnosed and  was then treated for Stage 4 Cancer of the Larynx. He underwent 2 months of Radiation and Chemo treatments in the spring of 2014 and has been undergoing a succession of testing and treatments since then including extensive dental work  and four months of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to try to repair the damage done by the Cancer as well as damage done by the Radiation and Chemo.

The most urgent problem right now is a break in the cartlidge housing his voicebox. Every time he swallows anything(including his own saliva) a little bit gets past and seeps into his lungs. He has been told that a Feeding Tube is a necessity but even then only to help postpone Pneumonia. He would benefit greatly from a Feeding Pump, which we can't afford, but that has to be our next couse of action. This would enable him to be mobile instead of being limited to a chair. We would like to have this done as quickly as possible (always waiting for Drs. which we are getting used to). 

Robb has not been able to go back to work since this whole process has started. We have used up all money in our bank accounts and maxed out all credit cards trying to keep ourselves going. Even little things like parking  and car repairs which are needed to get to appointments add up to be major expenses. If anyone would be able to help us out financially with both ongoing and urgent Medical related costs we would greatly appreciate anything that you are able to contribute. No amount is too small and we also welcome your ongoing thoughts, words of support and prayers.
