Saving my Home

Hi my name is Daniest, I’ve had snow ball effect since 2018 when I got foot Surgery, foot Started to trouble me in Dec of 2020 Jan 2021 went to foot doctors they suggested change of shoes, circulation and even “it was all in my head” etc.

foot got worse had to see a Surgeon at UofC and after taking lots of X-rays was told I had to go through the surgery again because the 1st Surgeon put in the wrong piece of metal and they had to put in the correct piece of metal. Now cannot function at this time (Massage Therapist)

needed to be on my feet. Loss most of clients and income. Bills getting behind.

spoke with a lawyer but he stated the process of elimination was 3 years. No help there.

the next month my son came down with blood cancer.

registered with IHDA to catch up with my house note, while I worked with a remote position to cover my funeral bill and car note along with support for my son.

I was accepted with IHDA they said to just keep sending updated info. When I received the foreclosure the green ok became a red “cancel” they said after all the paperwork and waiting that they ran out of money.

Here I am in need of a remote position to keep me going with my SS to keep my home, pay my funeral & car note be there to support my son and get back to what I do best Massage therapy ( Mostly for Seniors) Because I’m one and I did make a difference.

Please help me save my home and get back on my feet.
