My name is Paolo "PM" Tolentino. My younger brother, Enrico "Coco" Tolentino, had surgery to remove a tumor in his kidney in the Philippines, and the surgery was not successful. He had major complications and multiple cardiac arrests. He was intubated and sent to ICU for critical care monitoring. Multiple units of blood were transfused, and hemodialysis was performed, but his condition never improved and was rapidly deteriorating. Enrico finally went with God on December 2, 2025.

Enrico is married and has two children living with him. He also has two other children from a previous relationship. His wife of only a little over a year, Che, has always been by his side.
