Hi Everyone,
It feels very surreal sharing my story but I have no choice as I need help to get my life back.
So here it goes ….
Last year a simple procedure that should of helped me went terribly wrong and I ended up with a life altering condition which now has me bed ridden or couch ridden on a daily basis not to mention the pain I have on a daily basis 24/7, plus lots of debilitating symptoms daily also.
Anyone who knows me knows I am outgoing and active, climbing and walking mountains and doing all sorts of normal every day things. This has all stopped.
Due to a csf leak in my spine, informed by top neurosurgeons abroad, to which cannot be detected or fixed here in Ireland I have to travel abroad to seek the help and treatment I need. This is going to cost the above amount and possibly more.
I am asking for any donations big or small, everything is greatly appreciated and lots of shares.
I cannot fly to the clinics due to my spine and this is going to be a journey and a half to get my life back, but it’s a journey I have to make. I had lost all hope of ever being able to be the normal Mother I once was to my son, a good partner, my family miss me, I am powerless with no help here after failed attempts to resolve my condition. Months of not being able to stand up for very long or sit properly or live any kind of life. I miss my Job.
This clinic will give me that chance. This is one mountain I will have to climb alone to enable me to get my normal life back. I will do whatever it takes. I have a long road ahead and no health insurance .
