Hello, my name is Michael. I'm starting this GoFund for my 16 year old nephew, Nathan Williams. Nathan lives in Redwood valley, California and attends Ukiah high school. He is caring and soft spoken. He has never been in any kind of trouble whatsoever. He is great kid. On October 30th, Nathan was rushed to the emergency room at Ukiah Valley medical center because his gums started bleeding and would not stop, bleeding. This happened out of the blue, he was feeling fine, no headache, no fever, nothing abnormal. I've never seen this kid sick. After six hours in the hospital his blood work came back. Unfortunately, he has been diagnosed with B - CELL ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia). He was flown by life flight/medstar as soon as the helicopter could get to the hospital, straight to childrens hospital of Oakland, California. He MUST begin intensive chemotherapy treatment today. He will most likely be hospitalized for many months. My sister, her husband and their other two children live in a semi- rural part of northern California, in Redwood valley. It is approximately 3hrs from the hospital. I'm hoping to raise funds to assist my sister with any and all monetary needs that this situation has created. Seeing that she will be out of work and away from home for the duration while Nathan undergoes treatment, and possibly traveling back and forth in between hotel stays to see her husband and children she is going to need assistance with gas, hotel bills and whatever else this completely unexpected situation may call for. All of a sudden, my family has been shaken to its core. His health and well being are of the utmost importance. NOTHING else matters right now. Needless to say, we are presently highly stressed, but we are going to be STRONG and STAY POSITIVE while hoping for the best outcome. PLEASE, if at all possible could you donate to Nathan's fund?
